I created the main character Robin, a cute beagle doctor inspired by the real veterinarian’s dog at the hospital. Using ChatGPT, I developed Robin’s design step by step with detailed prompts, including his blue veterinarian outfit, the stethoscope around his neck, and his warm, friendly expression. To reduce the unnatural feeling that sometimes appears in AI-generated characters, I added a soft painted texture to Robin so he looks more natural and visually appealing.
A small golden retriever puppy is introduced next to Robin in several scenes, adding extra cuteness and creating a more friendly, comforting tone for pet owners. Together, Robin and the puppy deliver medical information in a warm and approachable way.
For Robin’s talking and hand‑movement animations, I used the detailed styleframes made with GPT and matched them to the script. Then I created the lipsync animation using Higgsfield AI’s Lipsync Studio with the Kling Avatar 2.0 model. During the lip-sync process, Robin’s fingers sometimes changed or looked like one big shape. To fix this, I had to refine the prompts or use extra credits. The lipsynced Robin character footage was combined with the small golden‑retriever video generated using the Seedance 2.0 model. In After Effects, both clips were composited together so the two different characters could appear in the same space.
I combined the word ‘Paws’ with ‘Hospital’ to create a name that suggests an animal clinic. For the logo, I highlighted the red ‘Paw,’ added a paw‑print icon, and used a playful hand‑drawn font to make the brand look cute and friendly. I made the final logo after several hand sketches.
